The weather inside
Share
Good times inside make external situations wonderful. But if you are not in a good place inside, you can suffer even in spring.
What you'll need
- One ordinary thing you meet most days: a commute, a chore, a face
- A quiet moment before it
- Somewhere to note one line
Method
Pick one ordinary thing you meet most days, and before you reach it, notice how you feel inside.
Then notice how the thing itself feels to you that day.
Give it a week, and notice whether the same thing feels different on different days — and what's shifted inside when it does.
