Above us, there's a whole sky. We spend most of the day looking down.
It is never quite the same twice, the light, the cloud, the weather moving through. Some people find a minute looking up is a small reset, free and always there.

- A window, a doorway, or open air
- A minute to look up
Method
Stop what you're doing and look up at the sky.
Take it in, the colour, the light, the clouds, the movement, the weather.
Stay with it for a slow minute, no phone, no photo, just looking.
Look up once a day for a week, at different times, and notice how much the sky changes, and how a minute of it leaves you.
